What to Have Ready When You Call

A turn books faster with a few basics:

• Property address and unit size — bedrooms and baths is enough
• Move-out date, and the move-in or listing date you're working toward
• What you know about the walls — standard color throughout, tenant paint jobs, smoke or pet issues, years since last repaint
• Who else is in the turn — cleaners, flooring, your handyman — so we sequence correctly
• Whether this property is already in our color file, or should be after this job
